Why Coffee and Why Cold Brew?
As a coffee enthusiast and former corporate professional, I found that coffee and tea became essential parts of both my personal rituals and daily work routine. Wanting to share these beloved beverages in a way that better supports wellness, I began exploring a more health-conscious method through cold brewing. This approach honors the sacredness of Coffee, Chai, and Matcha, while adapting their benefits to modern lifestyles. Cold brewed coffee and tea offer several advantages including:
1. Lower in acidity, making it gentler on the stomach and ideal for those with digestive sensitivities
2. The brewing/extraction method produces a naturally smoother, less bitter taste that pairs beautifully with plant-based milks and natural syrups
3. Cold brews have a longer shelf life—staying fresh for up to a week after extraction—making them perfect for prepping ahead for events and in busy or mobile environments!
